Meetings
The committee meets once a month, usually the fourth Tuesday of each month (locations vary) and then weekly starting in mid June through the event date. The final meeting is usually held on the Thursday night before Jefferson Township Day and is held on the field of the Jefferson Township High School. Everyone involved in the event is invited to attend for final instructions.
