About Us
This special committee under the auspices of the Jefferson Arts Committee was set up to specifically plan the annual Jefferson Township Day celebration held each July. Several sub-committees divide up the responsibilities in planning the day’s and evening’s events including field preparation, contracts, public relations, permits, rentals, vendors (arts/crafts/merchandise, food), field layout, administrative, entertainment, parade planning, insurance, electrical needs, garbage, special events, children’s games, logistics, work crews, etc.
