Get ready to turn the clock back to the 1940's with the Jefferson Arts Committee this spring.  Ever think what it would be like to take a trip back in time to the era of swing music and radio shows?

You're invited to come along and take a look at life and entertainment in the era of World War II when the Jefferson Arts Committee presents its 1940's Radio Show on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 7:30 PM in the Jefferson Township High School Cafeteria, 1010 Weldon Road, Oak Ridge, NJ. The event will showcase the talents of the very talented Jefferson Township Community Band, Community Chorus, and Community Players.

Experience period songs like the Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, dances, and skits and enjoy complimentary 1940's refreshments and memorabilia.

Tickets: $12 for adults/$10 for senior citizens and students. More details will be forthcoming; but in the meantime, mark your 2009 calendar for a step back in time.
