Early Longaberger Basket raffle event reservations qualify for an early bird special!
The Jefferson Arts Committee will be hosting an exciting fundraiser on Friday, May 8th featuring renowned and popular Longaberger Baskets in the cafeteria of the Jefferson Township High School located at 1010 Weldon Road in Milton/Oak Ridge. Doors will open at 6 PM and the raffle games will begin at 7 PM. If you reserve your seat with a $10 donation by April 25, you will be entered into an Early Bird Raffle drawing!
The Longaberger Company is America's premier maker of handcrafted baskets and also offers other home and lifestyle products. Twenty of these beautiful American made baskets, which are hand crafted by skilled artisans in Ohio, will be the prizes in this raffle event. Each of these 20 baskets will be themed and contain items relating to that theme such as “Mother’s Day,” “Chocolate Lover’s,” and “Gardening” with values up to $140. In addition to one of these Longaberger prizes being awarded per game for a total of 20 games, there will be eight Special Raffles valued up to $400 each! These Specials will include even larger Longaberger products, a Coach handbag, a Dyson vacuum, an iPod Nano, and a KitchenAid stand mixer! There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
Reserved seating is recommended, as seating is limited. A $10 donation will reserve your seat and provide you with one game panel (additional panels can be purchased for a small donation). Sorry, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted. Tables will seat six individuals and you can contact chairperson Renee Marinello at 973-697-4840 to obtain a reservation form to reserve one seat or a table. Official reservation forms will also be located in the display racks of the Jefferson Township Municipal Building, the Jefferson Township Public Library, and the Recreation office at Camp Jefferson for your convenience as well.
Hot dogs, refreshments, and desserts will be available for purchase, and each attendee is asked to donate a non-perishable food item for local pantries.
