Dancing, Comedy, a DJ, Juggling, Clowning, and a Flea Circus?

In addition to the great entertainment scheduled for the main stage on Jefferson Township Day this coming July 9th on the field of the Jefferson Township High School, there will be other entertainment on the Pride of Jefferson stage.

Enjoy the choreographed dance routines of the talented students at Diane’s Dance Academy 23  at 12:40 pm.  At 5 pm, you’ll laugh hysterically at the antics of Jefferson’s very own improvisational comedy group troupe known as Uncorked, an off-shoot of the Jefferson Community Players theater group.  They definitely will involve members of the audience in their routines.  DJ Earl Heller will then take over the stage at 5:30 pm playing some great music and getting the crowd involved and excited for the evening concert featuring the Robert Murdock Band and its British Invasion Tribute and he aerial fireworks show that starts at 9:30 pm.

From 2 to 5 pm under the white tent, enjoy some clowning around with Jinx the Clown and some juggling with Bill Ceddia.

Roaming around the field from 3-7 pm,   you’re sure to enjoy the fun with Phydeaux’s Flying Flea Circus, a circus sideshow attraction in which fleas are attached (or are they?) to miniature carts and other items and encouraged to perform circus acts.
