Wallaby Tales' Mammal Mania takes the stage

Leap into wildlife with Mammal Mania on Jefferson Township Day!

For a show that will mesmerize everyone in the audience from toddlers through adults,  be sure to come to Jefferson Township Day 2010 to see Mammal Mania.  Wallaby Tales, LLC will be presenting its live mammal show on special stage set on the fields behind the Jefferson Township High School, 1010 Weldon Road, Oak Ridge, NJ on Saturday, July 10th from 2:30 to 4 PM.  Families of all ages will enjoy this amazing, comical, and educational show presented by this state and federally licensed wildlife education program – visit www.eyeswild.com  Mammals from around the world will be featured in this program. Behaviors, habitats, adaptations, survival strategies and relationships with humans will be introduced. This program focuses on behavior and adaptation using the life stories of each unique animal, their often humorous personality, fun facts, anecdotes, and animal eye-views as instruction.

The main animals presented in this show include the Wallaby, (a small kangaroo), Rabbit, Guinea Pig, and the Patagonian Cavym--which is related to the mouse, kicks like a mule and looks like a guinea pig on stilts!

But come early – watch the parade at 11 am, then shop at the arts/crafts/merchandise vendors, eat at one or all of the food vendor areas, listen to the live entertainment on two stages, and play on the inflatable activity units!  Parking and admission to the field are free throughout the day with a nominal admission charge beginning at 5:30 PM at all gates to the high school fields.  Information on the day’s and evening’s activities can be found at www.jeffersonarts.org or by calling 973-697-2032. 

Don’t forget to stay into the evening for a concert under the stars followed by a spectacular aerial fireworks show at 9:30 PM.
